Junior CRM Consultant

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Consultant/ Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimising CRM platforms for our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to ensure the smooth operation of CRM systems while also helping to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and training people on how to set up a CRM
2. Manage and maintain CRM platforms for multiple clients
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting within HubSpot CRM
4. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve issues related to the CRM platform
5. Assist with the implementation and integration of new features and functionalities within the CRM platform
6. Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
7. Provide training and support to clients on the use of HubSpot CRM
8. Stay up to date with the latest developments in HubSpot CRM technology
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience working with CRMs
2. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their capabilities
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
