We are currently recruiting for a Senior Partnerships Manager - MGA & Schemes to join our established and experienced Delegated Partnerships team here at RSA.
Your Role
Your role as a Senior Partnership Manager will drive the delivery of our proposition to our delegated authority partners and to ensure that our partners are exercising the authority we delegate to them responsibly and effectively, to deliver our vision and strategy.
You will understand the financial and technical dynamics of insurance, as well as how to run an insurance business. You will set and track scheme or MGA financial targets (income and claims) that will contribute significantly to our P&L profitability plans.
You will also be able to operate and collaborate with partners to deliver financial plans, provide a stable environment for our customers, and negotiate effective commercial and legal agreements.
About You
You will have experience operating in a controlled business within an insurance environment. You will have influential coordination of an RSA and partner taskforce to generate profitable growth and retention of partners while being able to build and leverage external market partnerships of all shapes and sizes.
You will be able to bring a proposition to life and effectively deliver it while strategically operating and aligning with partners.
You will be able to multitask across a number of partnerships ranging in size, complexity, and customer base.
