Our client within a professional services environment has a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join their company based in Selby.
This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a competitive salary working Mon – Friday in the office. Parking is available.
Duties:
Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel
Attending to clients and visitors to the office
General administrative duties e.g. scanning, photocopying and distribution of copies
Archiving of closed files and ensuring records are maintained
Ensure the smooth running of the office for the benefit of all staff
Requirements:
Previous Reception experience
Strong telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft
Must be self-motivated and positive attitude.
