About the role:
The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery skills, excellent communication abilities, a proven track record in project delivery within the digital space, and experience helping create more modern and agile organisations. The role will:
Deliver transformative digital services: You will help drive digital transformation at LEASE by embedding effective project management, agile and lean practices, and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital services in a timely way that directly improves the lives of leaseholders and park homeowners.
Drive efficiency and value across LEASE: You will optimise delivery processes, manage budgets effectively, and ensure seamless integration between suppliers, maximising the impact of our digital transformation programme.
Shape LEASE's digital delivery capability: You'll play a key role in establishing best practices, project management, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in how LEASE delivers digital projects.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and drive progress to ensure all digital projects are delivered on time and within budget and provide regular financial reports to the board and leadership team.
* Coordinate delivery: Manage dependencies and integration work between multiple suppliers and internal teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Facilitate and coach: Embed modern agile ways of working through team facilitation, and coaching, ensuring team members can work in a high-performance and effective way.
* Manage procurement and contracts: Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract management, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
* AI solution delivery: Deliver AI tools and services, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
* Risk management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.
* Budget management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and provide regular financial reports to the board and senior stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in delivery and project management within the digital industry.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects, with a clear understanding of the project lifecycle.
* Project management skills including the ability to manage dependencies and integration work between multiple suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Experience in developing project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Experience in delivering websites and managing the delivery of AI tools (including chatbots) and services, including successful implementation and integration is essential.
* Extensive experience in embedding agile, lean, or similar ways of working within both digital and non-digital teams. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to apply them effectively in a variety of contexts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Commercial awareness, with experience in procurement and contract management, including supplier selection and contract negotiation, and the ability to monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to senior stakeholders.
* Professional certification in delivery management (e.g. certified scrum master, APM).
Desirable:
* Experience with data analytics and performance tracking.
* Experience improving ways of working and workflow in an operational environment, for example a contact centre.
* Understanding of the Government Service Standard.

What happens next:
The panel will draw up a shortlist of candidates and contact those who are invited to interview. Interviews are expected to take place one to two weeks after the closing date.
The interview will be conducted via online video, details of which will be provided to you should you be selected for interview. At the interview, you will be asked to give a short presentation and will be asked a set of technical and experience questions to demonstrate your suitability for the role.
