As a Seller Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our supply chain by ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new suppliers.
You’ll analyse data, identify gaps in supply, and drive reciprocal relationships between buyers and sellers, contributing to our mission of creating a high-performing marketplace for the building services sector.
Responsibilities
Seller Onboarding: Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they meet all company standards and requirements.
Seller Development: Collaborate with the seller team to build a strong, resilient network of suppliers that aligns with business needs within the building services sector.
Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify gaps based on product demand, conversion rates, and other key metrics, helping refine the onboarding strategy.
Relationship Building: Foster positive, long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive success for both buyers and sellers.
Compliance: Ensure new suppliers adhere to all compliance standards, supporting a fully audited and compliant supply chain.
Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and supplier experience.
About the role:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in seller, vendor or supplier management, onboarding, or supply chain roles, ideally within the building services or related industries.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for identifying patterns in data and using insights to guide onboarding decisions.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple supplier relationships and onboarding processes simultaneously.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
* Process Improvement: Familiarity with process optimisation techniques to drive efficiency and quality in onboarding.
* Compliance Awareness: Understanding of relevant compliance requirements and quality standards in supply chain management
