Our client, renowned for their culinary excellence with 1 Michelin Star and 3 Rosettes, is collaborating exclusively with us to strengthen their team. The acclaimed Chef Patron, known for his industry reputation, is committed to continuous improvement and elevating their culinary offerings.
They are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Service Manager.
The F & B Service Manager is responsible for the smooth operations of the entire F & B operations which include breakfast, afternoon tea and the bar and restaurants. Your job will be to ensure quality standards throughout all the F & B outlets provide an excellent experience to the guests. This role is responsible for overseeing the guest journey from a food and beverage perspective. Reporting directly to the Chef-Patron and for financial matters the Finance Director. In their absence the Operations Manager will take any key decisions. The role is key for maximizing guest satisfaction and delivering food and beverage service at the highest standards. This is a leadership role that requires people management skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and a flair for anticipating & recognising guest requirements to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of food and drinks service.
* Create and implement strategies to improve and maintain the highest level of service.
* Be a leader who trains and develops front of house team members.
* Be instrumental in helping to grow new offerings within the hotel with lots of plans in the pipeline.
* Work alongside the Chef Patron and executive team to create an exceptional level of service across all aspects of food and beverage.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 3 Rosette and Michelin star environment.
* Legal right to work in the UK with proper documentation.
* Own transport and ability to commute; temporary live-in arrangements may be considered.
* Ability to bring creative ideas and consistency to the table.
* Strong team player with leadership and training skills.
* Ability to motivate and bring the team together to create memorable experiences.
