This position is about guiding a team to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality. You'll be the driving force behind a buzzing sales office, planning marketing campaigns, managing your team, and ensuring every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home.
You'll own every step of the journey, from park tours to post-purchase care, making it smooth, memorable, and enjoyable for all.
Spearhead and inspire your team to hit targets, stick to budgets, and make customers feel amazing every step of the way.
Plan creative marketing campaigns, keep on top of seasonal trends, and contribute to strategic plans for shows and events.
Answer questions, show people around, offer finance options, and ensure handovers and after-sales care are outstanding.
Use sales stats to find what's working (and what's not) to help the team keep smashing it.
Manage stock, marketing, and the day-to-day stuff to keep things running smoothly.
Look out for system issues, stay safe, and help keep everyone—customers, team, and visitors—happy and protected.
