The College is looking to appoint an IT Technician to provide 1st line support and advice to users of the college computer systems and be the first point of contact for people needing help from the IT & Digital team, working with others in the team to resolve issues.
The role would suit applicants who are looking to work in the IT industry with a front facing service role with teachers, students, parents and other stakeholders. You should be enthusiastic, dynamic, have excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about our college systems. A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
