As the backbone of the office, you'll ensure smooth operations and provide essential support to the Office Manager.
Your Role:As an Administrator, you'll be the friendly face of our company, making a positive impression on visitors, customers, and vendors alike! Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
1. Assist the Office Manager and payroll team with daily tasks.
2. Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
3. Maintain the welcoming reception area and attend to visitors.
4. Answer incoming calls and transfer them as necessary.
5. Draught, format, and print important documents.
6. Order stationery and office supplies as needed.
7. Collaborate with managers to carry out their requests.
8. Create agendas and take notes during meetings.
9. Assist with purchase orders and processing invoices using Sage.
10. Handle outgoing post and maintain records of special deliveries.
11. Photocopy and file documents efficiently.
12. Keep sign-in/out sheets and vehicle registration lists updated.
