Exam and Event Support Officer

In the Assessment Delivery team, we run in-person exams in our purpose-built Clinical Assessment Centres in Spinningfields, Manchester. As Exam and Event Support Officer, also known as Assessment Delivery Administrator, you’ll be involved in:
* the planning and delivery of medical exams
* the administrative preparation of test materials
* setting up equipment and providing technical support during exams
* working alongside role players and doctors
* supporting those taking the assessments on the day and answering queries.
You will be required to regularly attend the office in Manchester to carry out this role Mon - Fri, including some Saturdays on a rotational basis; these schedules are communicated in advance.
What are we looking for?
A confident communicator with good organisation skills who can build strong relationships with people face-to-face, and by phone and email. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll need to be proactive and have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
