As an SEN Teacher, you’ll be the guiding light for students with Special Educational Needs, helping them overcome challenges and discover their strengths, one step at a time.
What You Will Do:
Plan and teach lessons that suit the needs of each student.
Adapt teaching styles to support different learning abilities.
Build strong relationships with students, helping them grow in confidence.
Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to provide the best support.
Track student progress and adjust lessons to help them succeed.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
What We Need From You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
