We are seeking a Mobile Parking Attendant to join our team in Portsmouth. Your role will involve providing frontline customer service, maintaining, and managing the car park to the highest standards as expected by our customers and client.
What you'll do:
* Provide first-class customer service support to our car park customers.
* Handle unusual incidents according to policies and training.
* Record and maintain all site books and records accurately and promptly.
* Address enquiries in person, by phone, or other means from customers, clients, or visitors.
* Maintain high standards of personal behaviour and professionalism at all times.
* Assist with tasks or issues related to traffic management or car park operations as needed.
* Ensure vehicle users adhere to the client's traffic regulations.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety laws.
* Conduct regular patrols to uphold security standards.
