Helpdesk Operator At Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to join our well established client based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Helpdesk Operator Responsibilities Respond to any enquiries through phone or email Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed Monitor system performance and availability Handle common issues like connection problems, service outages, and billing questions Assist in creating, modifying, and managing user accounts Maintain detailed records of all support requests and resolutions Use remote access tools when necessary to assist customers with device and software configurations.
