We are seeking a Trade Marketing & Office Support Assistant to support our marketing team in executing trade marketing activities and managing administrative tasks. This role also involves assisting with office operations, sales events, and vendor coordination. It is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, or a related field looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in executing brand initiatives, managing purchase orders, and tracking marketing budgets.
2. Support Amazon marketing operations, including spending records and campaign content creation.
3. Collect and analyze commercial feedback from UK, Nordics, and Baltics to inform marketing strategies.
4. Coordinate trade shows, roadshows, and office sales meetings with sales and marketing teams.
5. Oversee vendor management to ensure timely and budget-aligned brand activations.
6. Manage the distribution of local marketing materials for sales teams.
7. Conduct competitor analysis, tracking industry trends and new product launches.

8. Efficient budget and PO system management .
9. Timely supply of marketing materials to UK sales reps.
10. Successful execution of trade marketing campaigns and event coordination.
11. Accurate tracking of marketing and sales event expenditures .
What We’re Looking For
12. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
13. Interest in brand management (prior marketing experience not required).
14. Completing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) .
16. Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
17. Willing to travel occasionally for business needs.
