We are seeking an experienced Smart Ticketing Test Lead to join one of our clients in the transport industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex IT Ticketing systems, including ITSO and cEMV solutions.
Details:
Location: North-West, England (2 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months (need to confirm with Client this week)
IR35: Yet to be determined (expecting Outside IR35)
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in smart ticketing and retail systems testing, particularly ITSO, cEMV.
* Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and resource management.
* Expertise in bug tracking and issue resolution processes.
* Experience in supplier and stakeholder management.
* Ability to ensure operational readiness through structured testing approaches.
