Job description Commissioning Support officer (Brokerage). Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clinical staff and care providers clients regarding packages of care, care placements, invoice queries. Checking of information for accuracy prior to negotiation with placement providers, care providers, clients and their representatives using a variety of communication methods. Experience of IT systems - including word and excel. Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and negotiate appropriately. Attention to detail and ability to check data carefully.
