The Company: An expanding Engineering Consultancy business based in Horsforth, North Leeds looking to bring an experienced Office Administrator/Document Controller in support of their circa 25-strong team of engineers:
* Office Location: Horsforth, North Leeds
Package: £25-28k base + discretionary bonus & full company benefits

The Role: A broad back-office administration role geared around supporting a team of engineers across the breadth of office work, and more focused document control. Duties include:
* Management of Document control system
* Recording, checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents.
* Ensuring appropriate personnel (including customers, internal teams & and sub vendors etc) are issued with up-to-date documentation
* Document submittal and receipt processes
* General office administration
