This time, we’re on the lookout for a Retail Trainer & Sales Coach who will be working with Rebecca from our HR team.
What you will be doing
The Retail Trainer & Sales Coach will effectively design and deliver bespoke Learning and Development training initiatives while spending time coaching on the shop floors across all Retail stores in the UK and US.
What we are looking for
The Retail Trainer & Sales Coach specifically requires someone with experience in delivering training with a blended learning approach both online and offline. You’ll naturally have excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport. A background within retail and an understanding of the trends will stand you in good stead too!
