IFA Administrator - £35,000 + Bonus – Bristol / Hybrid
I'm currently looking an IFA Administrator to join a leading independent financial advisory firm in Bristol. Following recent acquisitions and continued success, the company is looking for candidates with 2 years+ of financial services administration experience who are based locally to Bristol. With the business currently in a growth phase, this opens up significant opportunities for those interested in career progression and development.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
* Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
* Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
* Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
* Raise invoices where required
* Database management
