We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual for the position of Sales & Customer Support Position Overview: The primary purpose of this role is to maintain our high standards of customer service by providing clear and accurate information to our well-established customer base and assisting our UK-wide sales team on a daily basis. Commitment to ongoing training and skill development. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle and follow up on phone and online sales inquiries. Ensure healthy profit margins are achieved and maintained. Maintain accurate customer profiles in the CRM system to ensure high levels of customer service. Process sales orders and create new accounts, updating records as necessary. Assist in managing customer complaints or queries, aiming for first-time resolution. Provide administrative support across departments as needed. Adhere to the company's Quality Assurance program for the benefit of both customers and the business. Work towards and achieve KPIs. What We Offer: Competitive salary. Annual bonus scheme.
