We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young client's home in Holbury.
When you'll be working:
1. Waking nights
2. 10pm-7am
3. Full Time: 4 x nights a week
4. 36 hours a week
5. We provide nights Sundays-Fridays (every night except Saturdays)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs (our client has a tracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG feed) in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.

2. Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
