Roles and Responsibilities Business Hold overall accountability for the success and profitability of Angel Swim venues. Staff Ensure that staff members are performing to a high standard, delivering quality lessons, and achieving 5-star Google reviews. Confirm that all staff have completed the Enhanced DBS check, possess Swim Teaching certifications, and hold Lifesaving/First Aid certificates. Verify that staff maintain accurate attendance registers, input attendance records correctly, and communicate with management after each shift. Ensure compliance with pool rules and regulations by staff, including adherence to water testing protocols, pool hygiene standards, and proper storage practices. Confirm staff attendance at monthly training sessions. Ensure that staff submit their invoices by the 28th of each month. Oversee the interview and recruitment process for new staff, ensuring that induction is completed prior to their commencement of teaching at Angel Swim London. Allocate training modules to staff members on the World Wide Swim School Online training platform. Ensure staff have completed the Autism Swim Training Certification. Maintain up-to-date records for staff regarding Swim Teaching certifications, First Aid qualifications, and DBS checks. Ensure that all staff are familiar with the Normal Operating Procedures (NOP) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP) applicable to your venues. Clients Must Provide an Excellent customer service Ensure Clients Direct Debit is set and all their booking process is in order Ensure phone and email enquiries are answered within 24 hours Crash Courses Ensure crash courses are organised and promoted at least 4 weeks prior to commencement Ensure staff are found to teach and hours are confirmed with school business managers of each location. Crash courses happen during FEB, EASTER, MAY & SUMMER (5 weeks) & OCT half terms Venues Ensure you keep a record of total hours we hire the pool each month Ensure each venue is stocked with baby mats, antibacterial cleaner, face visors, Angel banner, toys, floats, and swim equipment Ensure weekly communication takes place with School Business Managers via phone or email to ensure relationships are strengthened, more teaching hours are secured and operations run smoothly.
