Executive Assistant
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Group IT Director will provide full executive assistant support, including handling of confidential and sensitive information, diary management, coordinating and booking travel, supporting with presentations, quarterly reports and other initiatives, conference organisation and supporting the wider IT Leadership Team (LT) as required.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
* Full responsibility for running the Group IT Director’s office, proactively managing own and the Director’s workloads.
* Acting as the gate-keeper of the Group IT Director’s time, ensuring they remain sufficiently accessible while keeping them on track with their daily objectives.
* Diary and task management, arranging meetings and ensuring maximum time utilisation.
* Proactively managing the Director’s emails, responding where appropriate and within remit on behalf of the Director and highlighting those that need immediate attention.
* Preparation of quarterly reports, GEC and Board Reports and plans.
* Being a proactive member of the Director’s LTs, organising and coordinating regular monthly meetings, supporting with minutes and any actions.
* Internal and external venue/room booking in the UK and overseas, organising and coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring attendees have all the required information.
* Management of projects and project schedules on behalf of the Director and their LT.
* Working as a key member of the Groups EA team, ensuring the highest standard of coordination and support within this community.
Your previous experience is likely to include:
* Significant experience in a corporate environment within a global business.
* Working with and supporting Senior Leaders or Directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Working in a PA/EA/Office Manager role with demonstrable experience of diary management.
* Organising complex travel itineraries and large conferences/events.
* Managing multiple projects.
* Managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
