As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Services Manager to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on site operations, ensuring that all site services, facilities, and maintenance activities run smoothly and efficiently. Role Overview: As the Site Services Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of site facilities, maintenance, and engineering services, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability in our production processes. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all site services and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth running of operations across the site. Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and professional growth. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure reactive maintenance is carried out promptly to minimize downtime. Develop and implement site improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Manage third-party contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of site services and maintenance activities. Manage budgets for maintenance and service contracts, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency. Work closely with senior management to align site services and maintenance strategies with the company's objectives. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Site Services Manager or similar role within an FMCG, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams of engineers. In-depth knowledge of facilities management, building services, and maintenance processes. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with a proactive approach to compliance. Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and vendor management. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
