The role of Director of Assets is integral to not only leading the property and assets services of the Association, but the overall strategic direction of Cloch. The main purpose of the department is to ensure our assets are maintained and improved, whilst ensuring that our customers are satisfied, and we work within our budgets. The focus of the post is to provide direct leadership and management to all property services staff in the delivery of an effective and efficient responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance service which also incorporates a factoring service. We are embarking upon an ambitious six-year capital investment programme and planned cyclical work programme and so we believe this to be a fantastic opportunity for the postholder to generate new ideas and concepts whilst delivering a high-quality service. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Leadership and Strategic Direction: taking a lead role across all matters of asset management and working collaboratively with the Leadership Team. Asset Management: responsibility to manage, coordinate and deliver a customer focussed repairs and maintenance service to ensure that key targets are achieved, that the repair’s function operates within budget and that a quality service is delivered to customers. Performance: monitoring the performance outcomes of the team whilst producing reports for Board and contributing to overall performance. Continuous Improvement: ensuring the team are empowered and equipped to deliver and challenge the status quo to develop innovative solutions.
