You will look after administrative duties, coordinate diaries for installations, assist with order management and ensure that the procedures are kept up to date. On a day-to-day basis you will: Report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our Projects, Technical and Relationship teams. Liaise with clients about their visit schedules and installations. Action requests from both clients and colleagues in a timely manner Place orders with suppliers, including raising PO’s and confirming client delivery Ensure clients are kept up to date with the progress of delivery schedules Maintaining stock room and client laptop storage facilities, arranging couriers and keeping an accurate log of incoming and outgoing stock. Answering phone calls and responding to visitors at the front door, ensuring all ramsac guests receive a warm and friendly welcome to the building.
