Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of HR Advisor experience, especially in employee relations and engagement.
2. Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You’ll primarily work in an office but will need to visit our manufacturing areas throughout the day, based in Chandlers Ford & Eastleigh.
