Our client is a world leader in healthcare education and resuscitation training and has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join them The objective of the role will be to drive sales of all healthcare products and services by understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and providing relevant solutions in support of assigned company goals and targets. This is a hybrid role with 2 days based in the offices near Bromley ( 25mins from London Bridge). Some travel might be required so it will be beneficial if you drive and have a clean driving licence. General overview Inside Sales responsibility is to: Execute Market Strategy by management of lead process. Drive sales by execution of specific sales initiatives and campaigns through prospecting to close. Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as: projects, surveys, campaigns and / or promotions. Actively solicit all ourproduct opportunities, referring and escalating leads as appropriate together with the provision of quotations and follow-up as required To identify, develop and secure all relevant direct sale opportunities by evaluating the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable products. Handle Customer enquiries ensuring proper attention to every customer. Provide quality service to customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding company values at all time. Work closely with internal team members: Customer Service, the Service team, external Sales and Service teams and other stakeholders and internal functions as required to ensure high level customer satisfaction. Partner effectively with the Field Sales Team to drive territory coverage and sales force effectiveness whilst developing positive customer relationships. Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and goals. Provide support as required to the Sales Manager. Accountable for: Program & Mission - Embracing the why and how behind the mission of saving more lives and being able to engage with key customer leadership as part of the customer journey Customer Trust - Build and secure trust, confidence and relationships with key personnel in the designated customer accounts. Execution of Sales and Marketing strategy to UK Market: Drive sales with a focus on strategically important products and core products in accordance with the A2A plan to achieve the UK sales target within a specific territory or segment as defined. Responsibilities : To be an effective and successful member of the UK Field Sales team. Opportunity generation, marketing effort and sales responsibility. Management of the Sales facing lead process from initial lead input to allocation to the sales team and reporting to internal stakeholders. Management of UK Tender systems, portals, scan for opportunities upload of tenders. Responsibility for specific sales initiatives in line with business needs, A2A and new product launches from lead generation to close as required and appropriate Build and expand the companys customer database (of prospects within the assigned territory). Identify key Customers and generate interest, building pipeline for sales team and self. Perform outbound emails and calls, inbound lead generation and follow-up. Engage in cold-calling of potential buyers/clients. Answer customer questions through the website's live chat functionality to provide prompt and efficient customer support and assistance. Production and delivery of Customer quotations and follow up where necessary. Close business as appropriate / required. Provide prospects with specific information / detail as required. Generate and present sales reports as required. Update of data. Recording or customer interaction in the CRM system. Attend sales training, conferences, customer sites and events as required. Achievement of set and specific Sales and Marketing initiatives and KPIs. Field Sales Support Creation of quotations within a level of authority direct to the customer. (small values, simple quote) Creation of quotations on behalf of and as requested by the Territory manager. Route, qualified opportunities to sales team for further development and closure providing customer contact support where appropriate Development of Service and Product proposals together with the Territory Manager. Update of data. Recording or customer interaction in the CRM system. Follow up of quotations generated by Territory Manager on request. Make follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with quotes, service, product delivery as required. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of Account managers. Provide information as required to the Account manager (product, prices etc.) Skills & Experience Essential BSc or equivalent (level 6) or Higher Education (level 4) in a science, technical, healthcare or related subject or equivalent experience i.e. a minimum of 4 years experience in customer service/sales role. Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills An individual who has a passion to make a difference. Outgoing, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills together with high level written, verbal presentation and telephone skills. Analytic, tenacious, interested, a finisher. Possess a strong digital proficiency with the ability to effectively utilise various applications such as Smart Apps / software. Ability to travel away from home as required. (exhibitions, conferences, customer sites, training) Valid Drivers License. Desirable: 2 years experience in a field or inside sales-based role, together with a demonstrative track record of sales success. Demonstrated track record of success within a sales or call centre environment desirable. Technical or software knowledge or aptitude for this subject. Clinical knowledge is desirable alongside a grounding in the sales process but not essential for the right candidate.
