Do you have 4 or 5 hospitality experience in a customer facing position? If so, then we are seeking an experienced and personable individual who will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing staff, coordinating service across departments, and ensuring that all members receive outstanding experiences, putting in place SOP. Operational Management Supervise the daily operations Putting in place standard operating procedures and service processes Ensure smooth coordination between departments (front-of-house, kitchen, cleaners, etc.) Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are prepared and presentable. Maintain and enforce policies, standards, and health & safety regulations. Staff Supervision Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding member service. Assign duties and shifts, always ensuring appropriate staff coverage. Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure staff are performing to high standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Member Relations Foster positive relationships with club members, addressing any concerns or special requests. Ensure that all members and guests are greeted warmly and attended to promptly. Respond to member complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with the founder and membership team on member feedback and suggestions for service improvements. Event Management Assist in the planning and execution of private events, dinners, and functions. Work closely with the Membership & Events coordinators to ensure all member events run smoothly. Supervise set-up and break-down of events, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous 4 or 5 hospitality experience a must along with a proactive approach to setting high standards.
