Salary Grade: Pay scale 4, point 11, FTE is £27,269.00 pro rata is £22,110.00
Hours of Post: 30 hours per week, Typical Working Day (hours to be discussed at interview):
7.30am 12.30am 5.00pm 6.00pm. (Must be available to work flexible hours when required)

St George’s CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a proactive and self-motivated Site Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team. We are seeking to appoint someone with previous experience in site maintenance or practical trade-based roles.
You will have oversight of a small dedicated team of cleaners in maintaining and developing the site.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in the safe and efficient operation of the school site, including:
* Securing the site and operating systems such as intruder and fire alarms
* Cleaning to a high standard
* Understanding COSHH and Health and Safety regulations
* Promoting health and safety across the whole site
* Being computer literate
* Holding a clean driving licence
* Possessing good DIY skills
* Performing general maintenance duties and minor repairs
* Key holder responsibilities
* Effective communication with the school team and liaison with contractors
* Accurate and effective record keeping
* Preparation/set up of school events including out of hours meetings
There will be a requirement to work late on certain evenings to accommodate school events as well as to respond to emergency call outs in unsociable hours.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate relevant experience, be committed to the role, and able to work as part of the team.
