Facilities Maintenance Engineer
A globally recognised high volume manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Facilities Maintenance Engineer. As Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of any facilities equipment and also manage the contractors who supply and service any of the facilities equipment.
Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the Facilities Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Maintenance of Door Access and Barrier Systems
2. Maintenance of the CCTV system
3. Maintenance of Fire Alarm System
4. Manage site security
5. Maintenance of Boilers
6. Maintenance of Welfare facilities and changing rooms
7. Maintenance of HV/LV supply equipment
8. Maintenance of Cooling Towers and Chillers
9. Maintenance of Water Treatment Equipment
10. Maintenance of Waste Water treatment Plant
11. Maintenance of Compressors
12. Maintenance of Lighting and Emergency Lighting
13. Maintenance of Site draining systems
14. Managing contractors who supply services on any of the above including cleaning contractors.
15. Maintenance of building fabric
16. Maintenance of Air Conditioning and air handling Systems
17. Promote the company’s HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all Health and Safety environmental requirements.
