Hospitality & Service Provide the highest quality of guest service standard with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times, both operationally and administratively Be an exceptional and professional ambassador, establishing excellence at all times. Perform Duty Management shifts as required ensuring that you are accessible and show a presence throughout the hotel while interacting with guests, members, staff and suppliers. To ensure that effective Guest Service Standard of Performance (GSSOP) manuals are kept up to date for each department and the teams regularly run through these standards to constantly improve their performance and guest satisfaction. Ensure superlative levels of cleanliness in all areas outlets and associated areas under control of the Manager to a four red star standard through effective daily, weekly and monthly schedules. Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquires requests, complaints and compliments.
