A Vacancy at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The Norfolk & Norwich Hospitals Charity is dedicated to supporting better care at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We raise money to fund the extras, over and above what the NHS must or should fund at the Norfolk & Norwich, Cromer & District and Jenny Lind Children’s Hospitals.
This is an exciting time to join our Charity Team, with our new strategy recently approved and a plan for growth over the coming years. Our strategic objectives are:
1. Supporting the care of NHS patients
2. Supporting the development and wellbeing of Trust staff
3. Enabling Research for patient benefit
4. Maximising our contribution and impact
Our fundraising focus for 2025 is on raising funds towards two new surgical robots, improving outcomes for patients requiring keyhole surgery in the Urology, Colorectal, Gynaecology, Thoracic, ENT, Upper and Lower GI, and Plastics departments, as well as patients of the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, personable and professional colleague with strong communication skills who can build trust and relationships with our supporters and help us achieve our fundraising goals.

• to represent the Charity while attending local fundraising activities and events, liaising with local businesses, schools and community groups, encouraging donations and greater support.
• to support improved acquisition, retention and stewardship of donors, ensuring accurate recording of supporter data on the fundraising database and high standards of customer care.
