Job Vacancy: PFI FM Manager

Salary: £53k including car allowance

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PFI FM Manager to join our client's talented team. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Services, you will successfully manage the delivery of property/facilities management services within a designated area. You will be responsible for FM services including Health and Safety, environment, annual budgets, budget reconciliation, compliance and general PPM/RW/lifecycle along with managing a team of Site Supervisors.
Skills and experience required:
* Extensive knowledge of facilities management in a PFI/LIFT environment delivering hard and soft services
* Strong PFI contract expertise
* Strong understanding of PFI/LIFT service contracts including managing the performance of suppliers and contractors
* Ideally, you will hold a BIFM Intermediate qualification with IOSH Management Safety Certificate and Legionella Management
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written skills
* Enhanced DBS Check clearance is required
What's on offer: £47,000 per annum plus car allowance £6,000, 26 Days plus bank holidays, Pension 6.5% employer contribution, BUPA 50% contribution, Company sick pay scheme, Income Protection.
