DCT Recruitment are seeking experiences Client Executive to work with our client in Manchester. \nTo service a number of existing to meet our clients’ demands and needs as well as building your own portfolio through driving new business. To build a large, European, independent, family-owned insurance brokerage group in which talents blossom and client satisfaction is continually high.
\nOur client have established Client Services teams in Manchester. This role will be based in our Manchester team, which is currently made up of four other Corporate Client Directors. \nThe volume of business is rising rapidly and career opportunities within Manchester and in the wider our client group are excellent should individuals demonstrate the required skills and success in their role.\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\nClient Relationship management – you will have overall responsibility for your clients including service and broking co-ordination\nFinding and winning new clients\nStrategic and directional planning for management of your clients including liaising with the Account Chairman (where appropriate)\nFacilitating and overseeing introductions along with on-going management to other areas of the business (e.g.
Claims, Risk Management, Credit, EB, Private Clients)\nClient visits\nCreating and delivering Client Service Plan\nEnsuring appropriate resources are in place to deliver agreed services\nAgreeing appropriate remuneration with client\nClient entertainment participation and oversight\nCredit control\nEnsuring clients are fully aware of policy coverage ,conditions, limitations\nCreating an active pipeline and recording on Acturis\nEstablishment of client demands, needs, cover requirements and programme design\nFact Find completion and organisation of additional underwriting information (e.g. claims experience, surveys, questionnaires etc.)\nLiaising with Broker on broking strategy to be employed and contributing as necessary\nSigning off Broking presentations\nDeveloping the renewal strategy for each of your clients\nEstablishment any changes to client demands, needs, cover requirements and programmer design\nFact Find and underwriting information updates (Informally every year. Formally whenever re-broking takes place or every 3 years)\nLiaison with Broker / AH on any re-broking strategy to be employed and contributing as necessary\nSigning off Broking presentations\n\nPerson Specification\n\n•Cert CII (Essential)\n•Dip CII (Desirable)\n•Considerable experience in the corporate insurance industry \n•Extensive working knowledge of General Commercial Lines business and the Broking market\n•Previous Client Executive experience within a Corporate broker would be an advantage, although candidates who can demonstrate when they have stepped up and displayed the required behaviours will be considered\n•Demonstrable drive, self-motivation and determination to achieve results\n•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proven track record of relationship management and customer focus\n•Strong influencing, negotiation and leadership skills\n•Team player\n•Customer obsessed \n•Consistently demonstrates behaviors conducive to achieving both personal and team objectives, in line with the core values \n•Target book size of £250,000 made up of more smaller Corporate cases (sub £7,500 fee income)\n•Strong working knowledge of the Acturis system \n\nTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed) or call on (phone number removed)
