We have an exciting Customer Service Executive vacancy available within our customer service team who are a dedicated, hardworking and friendly department that provide the very best levels of customer service.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to residents across Breckland, North Norfolk, and Kings Lynn
2. Taking payments
3. Raising worksheets
4. Monitoring emails daily and completing admin tasks as a team
What you'll need:
1. Prior experience within a customer service and office environment
2. Ability to confidently follow established procedures and processes, working well independently as well as a team player
