Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Slough, UK (3 days onsite in a week - Occasional visit at Cambridge required)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working days: Either Part time (3 days work) or Fulltime allowed (5 days work)
Job Purpose:
* Maximum of 1 year experience required for this role.
* Literacy and Numeracy for tracking of payments and writing up of meeting minutes and actions.
* IT skills: XLS/Word/Teams
* Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
* Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include providing support to our Slough and Cambridge Facilities team during a period of contract change. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
* Write and distribute via email or other electronic means, Meeting minutes, Meeting actions, Meeting Agendas, General communications.
* Maintain an electronic filing system for Contract documents and information. Keeping the documents current, version controlled and maintained as part of the facilities team.
* Raise purchase orders in SAP Ariba system, monitor spend and Goods receipting, track costs and payments with electronic tracking e.g. xls.
* Maintain contact lists of the various suppliers.
* Provide general support to visitors, in particular suppliers visiting the site for reviews as part of the contract change.
