Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business support, including administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication facilitation.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support Heads of Department with administrative and purchasing functions
2. Support Heads of Department with all aspects of people and payroll processes
3. Support onboarding and offboarding colleagues
4. Support colleague training and development
5. Identify opportunities to enhance the experience of colleagues on campus by leading and delivering small-medium projects to show continuous improvement.
6. Promote excellent communications within all teams
7. Management of work orders, reporting and compliance evidence
8. Support Heads of Department with inspection auditing
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Experience in a similar position within the FM industry
10. Must be IT literate, comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and employee databases
11. Good planning and organisational skills, and capable of working to tight deadlines
12. Experience in evidencing audit and compliance readiness
13. Experience in delivering small and medium sized projects
14. Ability to be flexible to suit customer needs and to cover operations
15. Build relationships in a professional manner
