As the first point of contact for many customers you will play an important role in providing a warm and cheerful welcome for all our visitors. In a customer facing environment, you will work as part of a small team providing the very best service and support to the residents. In your role you will create a welcoming environment for guests and facilitate their arrival or departure. This includes opening doors, hailing taxicabs, greeting guests and valet parking. The ideal candidate will take pride in going beyond the expected level of service by assisting guest with any queries they may have.
Key Role Responsibilities:
To represent the brand and be the first point of contact based at the front entrance, for all of the residents and visitors
To quickly get to know each resident and ensure that they are always acknowledged and greeted.
To assist customers with their luggage and belongings whether arriving or departing CitySuites.
Where required, to carefully transfer customers luggage and belongings to their apartment.
With great care and consideration, park customers cars on request into the Q-Park car park adjacent to CitySuites, recording the space where the car is parked, and on request, retrieve customers cars from Q-Park.
To attend to any query or incident within your workspace, and resolve the issue promptly
To manage the use of the lay-by outside CitySuites.
Regular walk-rounds, to inspect and maintain your workspace and CitySuites building to the highest standards
To complete all allocated tasks as laid out during the shift
To have excellent knowledge of the external environment in order to provide directions and transport advice
To take an active role in the event of an emergency, following procedures and contacting the relevant emergency services and escalating the issue to the General Manager
To take and maintain clear and detailed records of any incidents which may occur during the shift and where required, prepare and submit written reports to the General Manager
To assist in the security of the buildings entrance procedures are adhered to by checking that all contractors are wearing security passes and are registered with the front desk
To assist and cover on reception when required.

* To generally assist the CitySuites team and carry out tasks as requested.
