Job Title: Credit Controller & Customer Service Location: Worcester Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Salary: Up to £32K Job Overview: This role is a split role heavily focussing on Credit Control but with a customer service bias. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller to work closely and support our Finance Manager to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Someone who also has customer service experience and strong communication skills in order to support the Customer Service Team. Key Responsibilities: Credit Control: Sales Ledger management including Sales invoicing raising and reconciliation Management of debtor ledger Creation of account customers - opening accounts, putting on stop, increasing / decreasing limit Credit Control Management Liaison and reconciliation with Skipton finance Matching off payments in Xero Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally as a Credit Controller or similar position Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and online platforms Process bookings for services Address customer concerns, complaints and service requests Assist customers in selecting the right waste management solution Work with the transport team to schedule collections and deliveries Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.) Why Join Us?
