About the Role: As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the creative team by maintaining brand consistency and producing high-quality visual assets. You’ll collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life across campaigns, digital content and retail visuals. • Assist in developing and executing creative campaigns, digital content and marketing materials for both brands. • Support the evolution of each brand’s visual identity, ensuring designs are engaging, on-brand and high quality. • Help create innovative assets that align with brand, marketing and business objectives. • Provide creative support across different brands as needed. • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and enhance audience engagement. • Learn from and collaborate with senior designers to refine your skills and contribute to creative projects. Candidate Requirements: • Some experience in a design role, ideally within beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands (internships or freelance work are a plus). • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging design work across digital and print media. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • A team player who enjoys collaborating with other creatives and can also work independently. • Strong communication skills to effectively share ideas and work with different teams.
