Key Responsibilities:

* To analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy and optimize results.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the catering industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or hospitality management.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
