This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Financial Planning firm as a Junior Wealth Administrator. You’ll play a vital role in supporting a busy administration team while developing skills to set you up for long-term success in the industry. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Supporting a busy administration team with day-to-day tasks ✅ Managing diaries for Financial Planners and updating client details ✅ Liaising with clients and providers to ensure smooth processing of financial services ✅ Preparing client review packs and dealing with post-meeting actions ✅ Handling new business processing, Letters of Authority, and Suitability Letters ✅ Answering calls, greeting clients, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence What We’re Looking For: Strong organisation and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A proactive and flexible approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team What You’ll Need: ✔ GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry software Why Join Us?
