Our Team
We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our Credit Card Team, as a Credit card Team Manager, you and your team will primarily specialise in supporting our customers through their digital journey. If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real difference within a busy team then we are looking for you!
What you’ll be doing
* Leading, coaching and directing a diverse team with a variety of skills and responsibilities.

* Leading and promoting a Continuous Improvement culture to increase operational effectiveness.
* Providing guidance and technical advice to the team, prioritise work and allocate resources.
We need you to have
* Mortgage experience - strong understanding and experience of the end to end mortgage journey.
* People management and coaching experience delivery at a colleague level.
* Agility and adaptability to motivate colleagues to be the best they can be.
* Good stakeholder engagement at all levels across the organisation.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer outcomes within every customer interaction.
* Drive and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Be able to describe short to medium term planning, focused on identifying capacity and managing resources to meet our customer needs.
