A fast-growing, innovative fintech company based in London is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Social Media to lead and elevate its brand presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve the social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Manage day-to-day social activity and campaigns to grow engagement and reach
* Drive innovative and reactive content that aligns with our brand voice and fintech trends
* Monitor and report on performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimise
* Lead social listening efforts to understand customer sentiment and market trends
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging across channels
* Oversee influencer and partnership activity as relevant
* Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and social best practices
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior social media role, ideally in fintech, tech, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to content creation and platform management
* Exceptional understanding of social platforms, trends, analytics, and audience behaviours
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Creative eye and a flair for storytelling through different media formats
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
