The Trainee Forklift Engineer role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment. Automotive technicians/motor trade applicants will also be very suitable. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills, ideally having engine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled team of 10 in a reputable business. You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdowns on a range of used and new forklifts. You’ll also carry out PDI's, order any spares when needed, and communicate progress. There is considerable overtime available for those looking to boost their earnings.

The Trainee Forklift Engineer Role in Brief:
* Carry out PDI’s, service, and repair work on a range of forklift trucks.

The Trainee Forklift Engineer Person Required:
* Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, cars, or similar equipment.
* IT literate.
* Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
