**Holiday Home Sales Manager**
Drive sales targets and lead a team to success in a dynamic and rewarding role at a leading holiday park operator.
Base salary £50,000 to £60,000 with on-target earnings in excess of £100,000.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deliver structured annual and quarterly strategic sales plans.
* Break down challenging targets into manageable pieces to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
* Lead from the front - setting the standards when it comes to work ethic, team culture, communication standards, sales lead generation and conversion, and product knowledge.
* Recruit, coach and mentor high-performing Sales Advisors.
* Stay current with the latest developments in the holiday home industry.
* Work closely with the park General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to report sales progress and metrics.
