TES Group HR Manager, Cookstown, up to £40k We are working with a well- established, award-winning manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for an HR Manager. In this role you will be Overseeing all aspects of recruitment and selection. Review of performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention. Nurture staff engagement through staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, promoting positive working relationships Provide HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes and any employee related matters. Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges and schools Identify current and future skills and resources gaps and provide solutions to fill shortfalls through new external hires. You will need Minimum 2 years HR experience Knowledge of and the ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
