We are looking for a mechanical engineer to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations through effective and efficient planned maintenance and reactive repairs to the site machinery and infrastructure.
Your normal day to day activities may involve;
1. Fault Diagnosis
2. Solutions & Repairs in / on areas of machinery and plant when breakdowns occur
3. Preventative maintenance as required
4. Use of spare machine parts in a cost effective manner
5. Implementation of improvements to Safety, Housekeeping & Workplace Organisation
What will make you successful?
1. You must hold a HNC in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
2. You should ideally be apprentice-trained in a suitable discipline
3. Ideally you will have both training and a license for counterbalance / reach FLT
4. You must have a broad knowledge of all plant, equipment, systems and be able to work to technical specifications
