Join Our Clients Team as an Office Administrator!
Where you'll play a vital role in supporting our fast-paced service.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Organising meetings, managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining team calendars and documentation.
2. Coordinating external support for meetings and managing room bookings.
3. Arranging appointments and travel for team members.
4. Maintaining team calendars and duty schedules.
5. Handling case file documentation and liaising with other agencies.
6. Serving as the primary point of contact for the team, screening calls and answering queries.
7. Monitoring data and deadlines, reminding team members of pending actions.
8. Managing administrative tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining team statistics.
9. Supporting new starters with inductions and assisting with team development initiatives.
10. Minute taking/writing notes on meetings.
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 40 minutes of unpaid lunch
Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case file management systems.
3. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organisational skills.
